Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight and size of your items.
  • Available shipping methods may include standard, expedited, and express options.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@diamondaurra.com.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections.
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for faster resolution.
  • If your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
  • Diamond Aurra is not responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
