At Diamond Aurra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@diamondaurra.com or call 240 667-1106 to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined under “How to Initiate a Return.”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order details to expedite the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time.
